Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Application Fee

The registration/proposal application fee of ₹500.00 is charged to meet processing, coordination, and verify documentation overheads. Once an application is submitted, paid, and sent to evaluation, no refund claims will be entertained.

2. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

In case of double payment or transaction failure where money was debited but the application remained unpaid:

• The extra debited amount will be auto-refunded to the user's source payment account.
• Refund timelines usually range between 5 to 7 working days, subject to standard bank clearance policies.
• For resolution, send transaction proof (Payment ID/UTR) to contactinternpark@gmail.com.

3. Cancellation of Internship

If an internship placement gets cancelled by the host company or rejected by the Teacher Incharge due to incomplete academic criteria, the student can request re-allocation. However, the original registration fee remains non-refundable.
